As a participant in the Loyalty Rewards Program, you will immediately begin to earn points that can be used as cash to purchase Whole Life Tea LLC/ products. The longer you participate in AutoShip, the more points you can earn—up to 30% of your total monthly AutoShip purchases! (See terms and conditions below.)

Terms and Conditions

No Minimum AutoShip to earn Loyalty Rewards
No maximum Loyalty Rewards accumulation limit
Loyalty Rewards expire 12 months from the date of issue
Loyalty Rewards can be used to purchase full priced products only
Loyalty Rewards can be redeemed by phone (+18013808746) or online in the shopping cart
The CV of all orders paid with Loyalty Rewards will reduced based upon the percentage of Loyalty Rewards redeemed on the order
Loyalty Rewards may not be used to pay for taxes, and shipping and handling charges
New customers can participate in the Whole Life Tea LLC Loyalty Rewards Program immediately.
Points from Loyalty Rewards are added to the member’s account immediately when the order is placed.
Loyalty Rewards have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable
Products purchased with Loyalty Rewards points are not for resale
Cancellation of AutoShip order must take place over the telephone by calling Member Services at +18013808746, or by chatting online with a live representative.
